1. PROVIDER INFORMATION

AstraMedia™ is provided by Astra Intelligence™.

2. LICENSE AND ACCESS RIGHTS

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for competitive purposes, scraping, or any unauthorized monitoring.
• Attempt to access or extract source code, algorithms, or internal architecture of the Service.

3. OWNERSHIP

All intellectual property, software, and content remain the exclusive property of Astra PitchTool and its affiliates.

4. USER DATA

You retain ownership of your own data but grant us a license to process, store, and transmit data solely for providing and improving the Service.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of each other's proprietary or sensitive information.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior six (6) months.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
